If your machine requires repair, we offer the Nespresso Assistance Package* which includes:

- The collection of your Nespresso machine from an address of your choice
- The loan of a Nespresso machine for the repair period (subjected to availability and excludes Aeroccino milk frother)
- Repair of your Nespresso machine and a full check of its components
- Return of your Nespresso machine to the same collection address
- A further 6-months repair warranty after the return of your Nespresso machine.
