WHITE CHOCO STRAWBERRY CLOUD MACCHIATO

Ingredients

  • 40g white chocolate strawberry cream foam
  • 1x Nespresso White Chocolate and Strawberry (double shot)
  • 20g strawberry puree
  • Fresh Strawberries

Directions

  1. Drizzle 20g homemade strawberry puree.
  2. Fill cup to the brim with ice.
  3. Dispense double shot of Nespresso White Chocolate and Strawberry coffee.
  4. At the same time, combine 25g cream, 25g milk, 5g homemade white chocolate syrup, and 10g strawberry puree in the Aeroccino 4 on ‘Cold Foam’ setting.
  5. Pour 40g of white chocolate strawberry cream foam into cup.
  6. Top with a slice of fresh strawberry.
