Ingredients

  • 1 capsule of World Explorations Rio de Janeiro Espresso (40 ml)
  • 4 ice cubes (131 ml)
  • Fresh non-treated lime
  • 2 sticks (8 g) brown sugar
  • 2 g gum syrup
  • 60 ml still water

Directions

  1. Place 16 fresh lime wedges and 8 g of brown sugar (2 Nespresso brown sugar sticks) into a View Recipe Glass
  2. Muddle it
  3. Add 2 g of gum syrup
  4. Add four 30 g ice cubes and pour in 60 ml of water
  5. Mix it slowly with a spoon
  6. Extract 40 ml of World Explorations Rio de Janeiro Espresso over it
  7. Garnish with a nice slice of fresh lime on the rim of the glass
