Ingredients
- 1 Venezia Coffee Capsule
- 100ml 35% Fat Cream
- 100ml 1.5% Fat Milk
- 1pcs Boudoir Biscuit
- 1pcs Dark Chocolate
- 5ml Almond Syrup
- 30ml Whipped Cream
- 1 pinch Cocoa Powder
Accessory
- Nespresso Barista Recipe Maker
- VIEW Cappuccino Cup, 180ml
- Nespresso Coffee Machine
Directions
- Pour fat cream into your Nespresso Barista Device. Close the lid, select "Espresso Con Panna" recipe, and press start. When finished, pour out the cream and set aside.
- Pour fat milk directly into the Nespresso Barista device. Close the lid and select the "Cappuccino" recipe on the device and press the start button. When finished, pour out the milk and set aside.
- Put dark chocolate and almond syrup in a View Cappuccino Cup.
- Extract 40ml (Espresso) of Venezia over it.
- Add the mix of whipped cream on top of the coffee.
- Place the hot milk foam over the cream.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder over the top and serve with Boudoir Biscuit.
