Ingredients

  • 1 Vertuo Line Barista Creations Iced Leggero capsule (80ml)
  • Fresh lemons
  • Passionfruit syrup
  • 120g of Ice cubes
  • 80ml of Tonic water
  • Sea salt
  • Thyme 1 sprig

Directions

  1. Skin the lemon for a strip of lemon peel then cut the lemon into quarters.
  2. Rim the glass with lemon first then with sea salt.
  3. Add 120g of ice into recipe glass.
  4. Add Passionfruit syrup.
  5. Extract 1 capsule of Barista Creations Ice Leggero (80ml) directly over the top.
  6. Fill up the cup with 80ml of tonic water.
  7. Garnish with fresh lemon peel and thyme.
  8. Stir well
  9. Serve with a straw or drink directly for two completely different tastes.
