Directions

  1. First pour 100ml of milk 0% directly into the Nespresso Barista Recipe Maker. Close the lid, select the "Cafe Viennois" recipe on the device and press the start button.
  2. Extract 40ml of espresso Millennio into an View espresso cup.
  3. With the Barista Recipe Maker spoon, display the viennois milk foam on the coffee
  4. Display some fresh mint leaves over the foam.
  5. Sprinkle some cocoa powder over it.
