Ingredients
Lavender-lime syrup- 200ml of water
- 200g of sugar
- 40g of lavender
- 2 whole lime zest
- 1.5 whole lime juice
Lavender Lime Ice Oat Latte (Dairy Free)
- 1 Sweet Vanilla capsule
- 35g of lavender-lime syrup
- 8 coconut water ice cubes
- 150ml of oat milk
- Lavender sprig and lime zest for garnishing
Accessory
- Vertuo Alto Mug, 590ml
- Nespresso Ice Cube tray
- Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine
Directions
Lavender-Lime Syrup
- In a pot, add in water and sugar and boil on medium low heat for about 8-10 mins until the mixture is reduced and looks syrupy.
- Adjust to low heat and add in lime zest and lavender buds and let it boil for 2-3mins.
- Turn off the heat and add in lime juice. Stir well to incorporate. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes before sieving the mixture for a clear syrup.
Coffee
- Add the coconut ice cubes in the Vertuo Alto mug.
- Add 35g of lavender-lime syrup.
- Next add in 150ml of oat milk, and the mug should be filled halfway.
- Place the half-filled mug under the Vertuo Plus Machine, and extract 1 capsule of Sweet Vanilla over the milk.
- Decorate with Lavender sprigs and lime zest for garnishing. Enjoy!
