Ingredients

  • 1 Vertuo Line Barista Creations Iced Leggero capsule (80ml)
  • 2 Coconut Water & Blueberries Ice Cubes
  • 2 Coconut Water Ice Cubes
  • 1 tsp of raspberry syrup
  • 1 tsp of blueberry syrup
  • 120 ml of coconut water
  • 1 tsp of blackcurrant powder
  • 1 tsp of crushed and freeze dried raspberry & strawberry

Directions

  1. Freeze ice cubes of coconut water & coconut water with blueberries.
  2. Add raspberry & blueberry syrup into the base of your mug.
  3. Add in the ice cubes and pour coconut water over.
  4. Extract a double espresso (80ml) of 1 Nespresso Ice Leggero capsule straight into the glass.
  5. Top off the coffee with a dusting of blackcurrant powder and finish off by sprinkling crushed freeze dried raspberry & strawberry.
