COCONUT RIVIERA REFRESHER​

Ingredients

  • 1 Coconut Flavour Over Ice Capsule​
  • 5ml​ Toasted Almond Syrup
  • 2 teaspoon of Blue Pea powder​
  • 40ml Milk​
  • Lavender petals (Garnish)​​
  • Ice Cubes (60g)​​

*Recipe contains allergens such as dairy and nuts.

Directions

  1. Add 5ml of toasted almond syrup into the Lungo glass.​​​
  2. Add ice cubes (60g) into the same glass​​
  3. Add 40ml of cold milk and 2 teaspoon of Blue Pea Powder into the Aeroccino and froth hot.​​
  4. Pour blue foam into the recipe glass.
  5. Extract 40ml of Coconut Flavour over Ice into the glass.​​
  6. Garnish with lavender petals.​
  7. Stir and enjoy!​
