Exotic Coconut Flavour Macchiato Over Ice

Ingredients

  • 1 Barista Creations Coconut flavour over ice coffee capsule
  • 90 g ice cubes
  • 10 ml of Saffron Syrup
  • 100 ml milk 1.5% fat
  • Lime peel
  • Dash of desiccated coconut

Directions

  1. Pour 100 ml of milk 1.5% fat into a shaker. Seal it and shake it vigorously.
  2. Place 3 ice cubes (30 g each) into your View recipe glass and add 10 ml of Saffron Syrup and a lime peel.
  3. Pour the cold milk foam into the glass and mix.
  4. Extract 40ml of Coconut Flavour Over Ice into the glass
  5. Garnish with desiccated coconut
