Ingredients
- 1 Barista Creations Coconut flavour over ice coffee capsule
- 90 g ice cubes
- 10 ml of Saffron Syrup
- 100 ml milk 1.5% fat
- Lime peel
- Dash of desiccated coconut
Accessory
- VIEW recipe glass, 350 ml
- Shaker
- Nespresso Coffee Machine
Directions
- Pour 100 ml of milk 1.5% fat into a shaker. Seal it and shake it vigorously.
- Place 3 ice cubes (30 g each) into your View recipe glass and add 10 ml of Saffron Syrup and a lime peel.
- Pour the cold milk foam into the glass and mix.
- Extract 40ml of Coconut Flavour Over Ice into the glass
- Garnish with desiccated coconut
