CARAMEL CRÈME BRULEE LATTE

Ingredients

  • 1 Caramello capsule
  • 2.5ml Monin Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 50g Caramel Custard Pudding
  • 100ml Milk
  • Ice Cubes
  • Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Syrup

Directions

  1. Add 1/2 cup caramel custard pudding your of choice into VIEW Recipe Glass.
  2. Drizzle 2.5ml of Monin salted caramel syrup.
  3. Add 3 ice cubes.
  4. Prepare milk froth by adding in 100ml of milk and 1 ice cube in your Barista – using the Caffe Vennois setting.
  5. Pour mixture into the Recipe Glass.
  6. Extract 40ml of Caramello coffee over the mixture.
  7. Top it off with whipped cream.
  8. Finish with caramel syrup to taste.
