Directions

Scones

  1. Pulse butter, salt and flour.
  2. Toss in diced camembert and parmesan into the mixture.
  3. Mix in sour cream, add milk till it comes together into a dough.
    1. Glaze

      1. Dice Bacon, fry till crisp and fat is rendered.
      2. Remove bacon from fat. Caramelized onions in fat.
      3. Transfer bacon, onions into a saucepan.
      4. Add espresso, some water and season to taste.
      5. Add maple syrup and brown sugar.
      6. Simmer till thick.
        1. Eggs

          1. Beat eggs.
          2. Melt Butter in hot pan
          3. Add eggs in and scramble
          4. Season with salt and pepper
            1. Peppers

              1. Remove seeds and thinly slice peppers
              2. Char lightly in hot pan
              3. Add in onion and fry, Drizzle with olive oil.
              4. Add a splash of vinegar and season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.
                1. Mushrooms

                  1. Halve the mushrooms.
                  2. Saute in hot pan with olive oil.
                  3. Season with salt and pepper.
