- Pork Belly
- Sauce
- Chee Chong Fan

- Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine
Directions
Pork Belly
- Sear Pork Belly in spices.
- Add onions in a separate pan.
- Sear streaky bacon and render fats.
- Infuse Costa Rica Coffee and add to Pork belly.
- Sear shallots.
- Cut bacon strips in half.
- Add Costa Rica Coffee, honey and orange juice.
- Reduce to a thick sauce.
- Mix rice flour, potato starch and a dash of oil and water.
- Coat a steaming pan with oil.
- Apply a thin layer of batter.
- Steam.
