Directions
- Mix all the dry ingredients for the funnel cake together first
- Slowly pour in the milk to the dry mix and whisk as you pour. Followed by the eggs and espresso shot
- Pour Mixed batter into a squeeze bottle and set aside for frying
- Sautee Onions and garlic until caramalised on medium high heat, then add in tomato puree, mustard, honey and espresso shot. Let it simmer on low until it reaches a saucy consistency

- Pan sear all sides of the Ribeye on hot pan to get the browning colour. Should not exceed 1 minute on each side. Afterwhich, throw in a knob of butter, 2 cloves of garlic, thyme and baste until desired doneness is achieved. Best is medium rare which takes about 1 to 2 minutes on high heat
- Poach eggs. Perfect poached eggs with runny yolk takes no more than 4 minutes
