What happens if I want to end my
subscription+ with a machine before 6 months?
If you terminate your contract within 6 months, you will be charged to cover the remainder of the period from the minimum contract plan, which is 259 SEK a month, regardless of what monthly plan you chose. For example, if you terminate your Subscription+ plan with a machine after month 2, you will have to pay 1036 SEK (259 x 4 months) . If you terminate after month 5, you will have to pay 259 (259 x 1 month)
Can I change my monthly
amount?
If you sign up to Subscription+ with a machine you can change your monthly amount after 6 months.
How do I cancel my
Subscription+?
Within the first 6 months of your Subscription+ with a machine, you must cancel by contacting our customer service by email with "cancel subscription" in the headline. After 6 months, you can go to online, to "my account" and "subscriptions" and then click "cancel subscription".
