We are pleased to announce the launch of The Nespresso Trophy UK Challenge 2014.
Continuing our partnership with golfing legend and winning 2012 Ryder Cup Captain, José María Olazábal, we welcome you to register to participate in this exclusive amateur tournament
As the Official Coffee Supplier to the 2014 Ryder Cup, winners from each of the Regional Tournaments will get the opportunity to attend the tournament at Gleneagles.
UK Tournament Overview
The Nespresso Trophy UK Challenge is a nationwide amateur tournament and will be a Better Ball Pairs Stableford, allowing you and a guest to enter as a Pair into one of four Regional Selection Rounds.
The top winning pair from each Regional Selection Round will win exclusive tickets to this year’s Ryder Cup.
The Regional Selection Rounds will take place at the following Golf Clubs, over a single day, with morning tee-times and a late afternoon Awards Dinner:
- Mannings Heath Golf Club, Horsham, West Sussex – Friday, 13th June
- The Mere Golf Resort, Knutsford, Cheshire – Tuesday, 1st July
- Archerfield Links Golf Club, North Berwick, Scotland – Thursday, 10th July
- Frillford Heath Golf Club, Abingdon, Nr Oxford – Tuesday, 15th July

Tournament Rules and Conditions of Entry
The event is open to all established golfers, but only those who are a member of a recognised golf club, with an Active CONGU handicap will be eligible to qualify as winners for Ryder Cup tickets.
The handicap limit for the event is 28 for men and 36 for ladies although those with higher handicaps may still compete, subject to these limits.
