J2010010813404, RO71CITI0000000724652158 bank account, (hereinafter referred to as the "Nespresso Division") informs customers/potential customers of the terms and conditions of the promotion "450 lei in four coffee orders worth at least 200 lei each order".

The promotion runs from January 19, 2026 to December 31, 2026 on the territory of Romania, for Nespresso members, and involves the granting of 450 lei in four coffee orders worth at least 200 lei each order, provided that an espresso machine from the Original or Vertuo range included in the promotion is purchased from the Partner Stores and by complying, after the purchase, with all the terms and conditions of this Regulation. The value of 450 lei is granted in the form of vouchers, as follows: for the first coffee order worth at least 200 lei, a voucher worth 150 lei is granted, for the second coffee order worth at least 200 lei a voucher worth 100 lei is granted, for the third coffee order worth at least 200 lei a voucher worth 100 lei is granted and at The fourth order of coffee worth at least 200 lei is awarded a voucher worth 100 lei.

Vouchers are granted for the purchase of Nespresso coffee capsules from the Original or Vertuo range, only after the purchase of the espresso machine from the Partner Stores, in accordance with the provisions of these campaign regulations.

Registration as a member in the Nespresso platforms is part of the process of claiming the communicated vouchers, being a mandatory condition of participation.

CAMPAIGN MECHANISM

The Nespresso espresso machine models included in the promotion, which can be purchased from Partner Stores ("Participating Espresso Models") are mentioned below:

The value of 450 lei is granted in the form of vouchers as follows:
- for the first order of coffee worth at least 200 lei, a voucher worth 150 lei is granted.
- for the second coffee order worth at least 200 lei, a voucher worth 100 lei is granted.
- for the third order of coffee worth at least 200 lei, a voucher worth 100 lei is granted.
- For the fourth order of coffee worth at least 200 lei, a voucher worth 100 lei is granted.
The conditions for granting the Vouchers described in point 2.2, after the mandatory purchase of a Participating Espresso Machine, are as follows:
Purchase of the espresso machine:
From the Nespresso Partner Stores, previously communicated.

When purchasing the Participating Espresso Machine Models, keeping proof of the purchase tax document (tax receipt, tax invoice) is a mandatory condition. The date of purchase, as it results from the tax document, must be within the Campaign Period. To verify the condition regarding the purchase of the espresso machine, the tax document will be presented in the following ways:
1. By uploading to the Voucher promo.nespresso.ro redemption platform http://www.promo.nespresso.ro/.
2. Bypresenting inphysical Nespresso points of sale.
3. By email to nespresso.romania@nespresso.com.
Espresso machine purchase period:
January 19, 2026 – December 31, 2026 ("Campaign Period")
Validation of the espresso machine promotion:
A Participant can only benefit from this promotion for a maximum of 5 espresso machines (different or the same model) from the Participating Espresso Machine Models (applying the Vouchers according to these Regulations to each of these Participating Espresso Machine Models, subject to all conditions).

If the customer purchases more than 5 Participating Espresso Machine Models during the promotion period, the Vouchers provided in these Regulations will be applied within the limit of a maximum of 5 espresso machines.
How to claim vouchers:
If the proof of purchase of the espresso machine has been submitted on the promo.nespresso.ro platform, the vouchers are automatically applied to orders of Nespresso Original or Vertuo coffee capsules of at least 200 lei as follows:
1. for the first order of coffee worth at least 200 lei, a voucher worth 150 lei is granted.
2. for the second coffee order worth at least 200 lei, a voucher worth 100 lei is granted.
3. for the third order of coffee worth at least 200 lei, a voucher worth 100 lei is granted.
4. For the fourth order of coffee worth at least 200 lei, a voucher worth 100 lei is granted.
Voucher Validity:
The vouchers may be used for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the Participating Espresso Machine, according to the purchase tax document (receipt, invoice) ("Validity period of the vouchers") subject to placing a number of 4 distinct orders, at an interval of at least 10 calendar days from each other, in order to obtain each voucher of the 4 related to the type of espresso machine purchased.

The participant will lose the benefit of using the Vouchers if the orders are placed towards the end of the Voucher Validity Period, so that it will no longer be possible to place the 4 orders in compliance with the minimum term of 10 calendar days between orders, under these conditions exceeding the maximum term for claiming vouchers of 12 months and will no longer fall within the 12-month term, under these conditions.
Application of vouchers:
This voucher will apply regardless of the Nespresso channel where the coffee is purchased.

The voucher must and can be used a maximum of once for an order of at least 200 lei.

If the total value of the coffee order is below the minimum purchase threshold, the voucher will not be applied. Thus, please add coffee capsules worth at least 200 lei. Otherwise, you will pay for the coffee order in full without applying the voucher. The difference between the value covered by the value of the voucher (1 voucher) until the Minimum Threshold is reached will be borne by the participant/customer.
Voucher validation and order placement:
The vouchers related to the campaign apply only for coffee orders worth at least 200 lei.

Nespresso reserves the right to cancel orders/not grant the voucher for the type of espresso machine purchased for orders placed less than 10 calendar days apart.

A maximum of one voucher (1 voucher) can be used for a single order, regardless of the number of coffee capsules purchased (regardless of whether there will be several Minimum Thresholds met). Consequently, the total value of the 4 vouchers related to the type of espresso machine purchased will not be able to be used even in the case of placing a single order.

Registering as a Nespresso member implies that:

the respective customer must be the owner of a Nespresso coffee machine, regardless of whether this espresso machine was purchased from Nestlé Romania S.R.L - Nespresso Division, Nespresso partner stores, Nespresso stores in other countries or from other sources.
the respective customer to register as a Nespresso member by filling in and signing a form for personal data (name, e-mail address, telephone, postal address).
purchase at least one box of Nespresso coffee (10 capsules).

During the promotion period, only one customer can qualify for the promotion for a maximum of 5 different espresso machines or the same model (applying the Vouchers according to these regulations, for each of these espresso machines, subject to all conditions). If you wish to purchase more than 5 coffee machines during the promotion period, the Vouchers provided for in these regulations will not apply to espresso machines that exceed the limit of 5 espresso machines.

This promotion cannot be used simultaneously with other promotional offers or Vouchers offered by the Nespresso Division. The Nespresso division reserves the right to refuse attempts to use the discount in violation of these terms and conditions. In this regard, the Nespresso Division may request clarifications and additional documents.

Any discount/voucher that you can benefit from within this promotional campaign can be used for a single order, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this campaign. Participants undertake the obligation not to use the promotional vouchers that are the subject of this campaign, applicable through the Nespresso website/account, for purposes contrary to the interests of Nespresso or other participants, and not to access/use these benefits in bad faith or in ways other than those permitted by Nespresso under the terms and conditions. It will be interpreted as an attempt at fraud, including the abusive/malicious/bad faith or erroneous use of any promotional codes/vouchers/discounts applied because of technical errors in the electronic programs used by Nespresso. Any benefits thus gained by the participants/members (because of technical errors), will be considered undue, and their refund/return/cancellation/invalidation will be required. If it is found that a participant/member has unjustifiably benefited from discounts/vouchers/promotional codes, etc., and/or is suspected of fraud, Nespresso reserves the right to (i) request clarifications and any relevant documents, (ii) invalidate all non-compliant registrations/orders with which the participant has registered in the Campaign, (iii) invalidate the additional vouchers that the participant has unduly benefited from. Nespresso reserves the right to invalidate registrations and/or orders placed or in the process of being placed and not to deliver products to those participants/members who are directly or indirectly trying to unduly benefit from the vouchers/promotional codes that are the subject of this Campaign.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Nespresso Division processes the personal data of participants in this promotion in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and the Privacy Notice on the processing of personal data existing on the Nespresso.com website.

This promotion also involves the purchase of products through online digital platforms and/or applications that are not under the control of Nespresso, but of the partners. These online platforms and/or applications publish and use their own policies on the use and processing of personal data, the Participants having the obligation to inform themselves about them, Nespresso having no responsibility in this regard towards the Participants who wish to benefit from the presence of the promotion.

The Nespresso Division guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of all participants. The personal data indicated above are provided directly by you and your refusal to provide this data makes it impossible for Nestlé Romania SRL, its partners and/or suppliers, to properly conduct the specific activities and collaboration with you. legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and/or the consent of the data subject (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

The following data may be collected from all participants: name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, Nespresso Member number, name of the store where the device was purchased and date of purchase. To fulfill some tax obligations, the Nespresso Division may request data such as CNP.

By communicating personal data in the ways expressly indicated by the Terms and Conditions, participants express their express and unequivocal consent that their personal data will enter the database of the Nespresso Division exclusively for the purpose of registration, validation, assignment of Vouchers and fulfillment of their legal, legal and/or tax obligations.

The Nespresso Division takes all necessary measures to ensure that your personal data is processed only for the minimum period necessary for the granting of the Voucher and in accordance with the Nespresso membership conditions that are available at the link www.nespresso.com.

The personal data collected in connection with this promotion will not be disclosed to third parties unless the Nespresso Division complies with the obligations imposed by applicable law. The Nespresso Division may ask participants for their consent to further advertising and direct marketing communications and to use their names and surnames free of charge in various printed, audio and video materials. Participants will not be obliged to express these agreements, remaining at their own discretion. If the participants wish to express their agreement in this regard, this will be recorded in a written declaration signed by them; the granting of the Vouchers is in no way conditioned by the option expressed on this aspect.

According to the applicable law, data subjects benefit from the rights of information, access to data, intervention and portability over personal data, the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision and to address the justice system and the competent authorities. The following categories of people cannot benefit from the Nespresso promotion in partner stores:

employees of Nestlé Romania S.R.L. and its distributors.

employees of any companies involved in conducting any activities related to the organization and operation of Nespresso.
relatives of the above-mentioned employees (i.e., children/parents, brothers/sisters, spouse).

The following can participate in the promotion:

individuals over 18 years of age on the date of the start of the Campaign, with domicile or residence, even temporarily, in Romania.
legal entities based in Romania.
