The promotion involves granting a discount for Nespresso coffee capsules when purchasing a Nespresso coffee machine included in the promotion from partner stores, between January 19, 2026 and December 31, 2026.

The discount for the purchase of Nespresso coffee capsules can be claimed within 21 days from the date of purchase of the espresso machine, depending on the model of the coffee machine and according to the procedure set out below:

Enter the tax documents proving the purchase, place a coffee order and fill in your details for registration as a Nespresso member.

Select your favorite coffee varieties. The discount will be automatically applied to the value of the order placed.

To benefit from the promotion, place your coffee order no later than 21 days from the date of purchase of the espresso machine.
*The discount can be applied both by ordering on thepromo.nespresso.ro platform, by ordering in the Nespresso Boutique, by calling the Customer Service Center by calling 0800 008 300. The discount will be granted based on the presentation of documents proving the purchase of the espresso machine during the promotional period in partner stores. In the context of this promotion, the notion of tax document represents the tax receipt or tax invoice that certifies the purchase of a Nespresso coffee machine, and which must have an issue date during the promotion period.
The discount must be used for a single order. If the order value is below the discount threshold of 100 RON, 130 RON or 150 RON, it will not be applied, so please add coffee capsules of a minimum value with that of the discount. In the Nespresso Boutique or Nespresso points of sale: Present the original invoice or receipt, certifying the purchase of an espresso machine only from the Nespresso partner stores indicated above during the promotion period together with the sticker with the serial number of the machine purchased (it can be found on the drip tray of the espresso machine).

Through the Customer Service Center: Send to your e-mail address Nespresso.romania@Nespresso.com a copy of the invoice or receipt attesting to the purchase of an appliance only from the Nespresso partner stores indicated above during the promotion period, together with the identification data (name, surname, address, telephone number, the store from which you purchased the appliance) and the sticker with the serial number of the purchased appliance (it can be found on the drip tray of the appliance).
Documents can be sent in jpg or pdf format, the message size should not exceed 5 MB. The Customer Service Centre reviews and validates the submitted documents within 48 hours of their submission (during working hours displayed on the www.nespresso.com website), then contacts the Nespresso member who submitted the request within 24 hours to register the order in which the discount is used.
The order in which the discount is used is processed based on the current purchase terms.

Nespresso is not responsible for the loss/damage of the original receipt or invoice, if applicable.

Privacy and processing of personal data

The Nespresso division processes the personal data of the participants in this promotion in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and with the Information Note on the processing of personal data existing on the www.nespresso.com website.

This promotion also involves the purchase of products through online digital platforms and/or applications that are not under the control of Nespresso, but of the partners Flanco and eMag. These platforms and/or online applications publish and use their own policies on the use and processing of personal data, the Participants having the obligation to inform themselves about them, Nespresso having no responsibility in this regard towards the Participants who wish to benefit from this promotion.

The Nespresso division guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of all participants. By communicating their personal data in the manner expressly indicated in the Terms and Conditions, participants express their express and unequivocal consent to their personal data being included in the Nespresso Division database exclusively for the purpose of registering, validating, awarding discounts and fulfilling their legal, legal and/or tax obligations.

Any voucher/discount that you can benefit from within this promotional campaign can be used only once, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this campaign. Participants undertake not to use the discounts/vouchers/promotional codes that are the subject of this campaign, applicable through the Nespresso website/account, for purposes contrary to the interests of Nespresso or other participants, and not to access/use these benefits in bad faith or in other ways than those permitted by Nespresso according to the terms and conditions. It will be interpreted as an attempt at fraud, including the abusive/fraudulent/bad faith or erroneous use of any promotional codes/vouchers/discounts applied because of technical errors of the electronic programs used by Nespresso.
