Cash on delivery
The payment on delivery can be made in cash or, if the delivery takes place in Bucharest, you can also pay by card. Upon delivery please specify to the courier the payment method of your choice.

If you place your order before 3 P.M. during working days it will be delivered to the address you have provided, in Romania, within 2 working days*. Please register an address where someone can be reached during working hours. The package delivery price has a cost of 11 LEI, everywhere in Romania's territory.

Return policy
- You have the right to return any merchandise that does not suit you within 14 days after receipt of the order.
- Nespresso will only accept returns of merchandise in their original condition and packaging accompanied by the invoice.
- When returns are properly completed, Nespresso shall reimburse the price of the returned merchandise and the invoiced delivery charges within a maximum of 30 days upon reception of the returned merchandise. The return postage will be at your charge.
