Coffee machines from the Original system included in the promotion: Essenza Mini, Inissia, Pixie, Citiz, Citiz&Milk, Lattissima One, Atelier or Gran Lattissima.

The discount for the purchase of Nespresso coffee capsules can be claimed no later than 21 days from the date of purchase of the coffee machine, depending on the model of the coffee machine and according to the procedure set out below:

Conditions for granting the discount:

VERTUO:

• Receive a discount of 150 RON (VAT included) for Nespresso Vertuo coffee capsules when purchasing a Vertuo Pop, Vertuo Next or Vertuo Lattissima coffee machine.

ORIGINAL:

• Receive a discount of 150 RON (VAT included) for Nespresso Original coffee capsules when purchasing a Lattissima Touch, Nespresso Atelier, Gran Lattissima, Creatista Plus coffee machine;
• Receive a discount of 130 RON (VAT included) for Nespresso Original coffee capsules when purchasing a CitiZ, Citiz&Milk, Lattissima One or Essenza Plus coffee machine;
• Receive a discount of 100 RON (VAT included) for Nespresso Original coffee capsules when purchasing a Essenza Mini, Inissia, Pixie coffee machine.

The discount value can only be used for the purchase of Nespresso coffee capsules. This value cannot be transferred into the client's account and cannot be transformed in cash.

To benefit from the discount (including VAT):

• After purchasing a Nespresso coffee machine from partner stores between September 3rd 2024, 09:00 – November 3rd, 2024, 09:00, access the promo.nespresso.ro platform;
• Enter the tax documents proving the purchase, place a coffee order and fill in your details to register as a Nespresso member;
• Select your favourite coffee varieties. The discount will be automatically applied to the value of the placed order;

To benefit from the promotion, place your order for coffee within 21 days from the date of purchase of your coffee machine.

*The discount can be applied both by ordering on the promo.nespresso.ro platform, ordering in the Nespresso Boutique or calling the Customer Relations Center at 0800 008 300. The discount will be granted based on the presentation of documents proving the purchase of the coffee machine during the promotional period from the partner stores.

In the context of this promotion, the notion of fiscal document represents the fiscal receipt or fiscal invoice that attests the purchase of a Nespresso coffee machine and that must have a date of issue during the promotion period.

The discount must be used only for one order. If the value of the order is under the limit of the discount of RON 100, RON 130, RON 150, the discount will not be applied, so please add coffee capsules with the discount value as minimum value. It will be interpreted as an attempt of fraud, including the abusive/malicious/bad faith or erroneous use of any promotional codes/vouchers/discounts applied as a result of technical errors in the electronic programs used by Nespresso. Any benefits obtained by participants/members in this manner (due to technical errors) will be considered undeserved, and their restitution/return/cancellation/invalidation will be required. If it is found that a participant/member has unjustifiably benefited from discounts/vouchers/promotional codes, etc., and/or is suspected of fraud, Nespresso reserves the right to (i) request clarifications and any relevant documents, (ii) invalidate all entries/orders that do not comply with which the participant has entered the Campaign, (iii) invalidate additional discounts that the participant has unjustifiably benefited from. Nespresso reserves the right to invalidate entries and/or orders placed or being placed and not to deliver products to those participants/members who directly or indirectly attempt to unjustifiably benefit from the discounts/vouchers/promotional codes that are subject to this Campaign.
