  • 15 ml Coconut syrup
  • 100 ml Coconut water
  • Vanilio
  • 5 ml Vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar
  • Shaker
  • Cocktail tall glass

How to make !

  • Mix in a shaker the coconut syrup, the pineapple juice and the coconut water
  • Extract the Grand Cru and pour it over the shaker
  • Add the the vanilla extract and some ice cubes
  • Shake it vigorously
  • Make a crust with some sugar in the edge of a tall glass
  • Pour the drink over the glass carefully
