  • 15g of honey
  • 140ml of milk
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Cinnamon stick to decorate
  • Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam wand
  • Tall Recipe Glass (350 ml )
  • Recipe Spoon

Let's make it!

  • Put the honey and ginger into the bottom of the glass.
  • Using the Aeroccino milk frother froth the milk and pour into the glass or
  • Use your Nespresso machine's steam wand to froth the milk in a jug then pour into the glass.
  • Use the Master Origin India capsule to make an espresso (40ml) and add to the glass.
  • Sprinkle with a little ginger powder and add the cinnamon stick to decorate
