    01

    Pour 100ml of semi-skimmed milk in your Nespresso Barista device, up to the minimum mark level.

    02

    Close the lid, select the “Café au Lait" recipe on the device and press the start button.

    Put 2 teaspoons of Molasses syrup into a VIEW coffee mug.

    Extract 150 ml of Nordic Black coffee over the top.

    Pour the hot milk into the VIEW coffee mug. Sprinkle with some dried ginger powder and stir.
