    Pour in the passion fruit syrup

    Fill ¾ of the glass with crushed ice

    Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the fruit and seeds with a spoon, pour everything in the glass with the pineapple juice, some coriander leaves and mix.

    Make the coffee and shake it with some crushed ice in a shaker. Pour the shaken coffee in the glass and serve
