Easy Order service allows you to re-order and pay your Nespresso capsules, as well as selected accessories, Easyally, based on a defined frequency.
The General Conditions of Sale apply Easyally to any order submitted via Easy Order. In case there is a conflict between the General Conditions of Sale and the conditions under this clause, specifically related to Easy Order, the conditions of this clause prevail.
Payments should be made through the available payment methods, and that Nespresso inform when you place the order. All recurrent orders will be charged on dispatch.
If you make your payment by credit card and we are not able to charge it, Nespresso will place your order on hold and send you a notification informing you that the payment could not be completed. Your order will be shipped after we receive the payment receipt.
Up to 4 days prior to your recurrent Easy Order being shipped by Nespresso, you will be notified to inform and remember about the date of dispatch, the details of your basket, the total price of your recurrent order and if there some product out of stock.
The customer is entitled to cancel the Easy Order subscription, cancel one or more recurrent orders or change the products in the basket, frequency or any customer details at any time and for free.
If the customer cancels a specific order or his Easy Order service until 23h59m before the date of shipment, he can refuse the delivery of the product(s) and, if they were already received, return the goods. If do not return the order, Nespresso will understand that customer did not intend to cancel.
If one of the products included in your recurrent order is currently out of stock, in the notification "your order will be sent shortly," Nespresso will give you this information and will continue to send you your other recurrent orders with the frequency requested, unless the order is cancelled by you.
It will not be charged to the customer any product(s) that are out of stock.
Nespresso reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery charges at any time, applying the new price conditions from the moment the change takes place.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from promotional offers specifically related to your Easy Order service. Namely, when you purchase:
- 120 to 230 capsules of coffee, receive 10 capsules of coffee as a gift from a wide selection from different varieties;
- 240 to 350 capsules of coffee, receive 20 capsules of coffee as a gift from a wide selection from different varieties;
- 360 to 470 capsules of coffee, receive 30 capsules of coffee as a gift from a wide selection from different varieties;
- 480 or more capsules of coffee, receive 40 capsules of coffee as a gift from a wide selection from different varieties.
These specific promotional offers are exclusive from the Easy Order, will not apply to any order placed outside the Easy Order service.
The coffee capsules offered within the scope of the previous clause, are Easyally added to each of your Easy Orders at the dispatch, when purchasing the minimum number of capsules indicated for each case. Nespresso reserves the right to replace the offered coffee capsules with a different type of coffee if they are out of stock.
Up to 1 day before the Easy Order is dispatched by Nespresso, the customer is entitled to change the offer. The change must be made exclusively through Nespresso account at www.nespresso.com/pt/pt or Nespresso App.
The offer is valid up to a maximum of 480 free coffee capsules per year and is tied to your Nespresso account number, cannot be transferred between distinct Nespresso accounts.
New promotional offers announced during the processing or validity of your Easy Order are not Easyally considered. To benefit from such offers, it is recommended to place a new Easy Order and cancel the current one.
Nespresso reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers specifically related to Easy Order service at any time upon prior notice to customers.
