At Nespresso, one of the highest priorities is the health and safety of our customers, employees and partners. For this reason, and in the current public health context, we have taken several social and hygiene precautionary measures across our value chain to ensure that we continue to deliver your coffee safely to your home.
These measures have led to a necessary adaptation of our normal functioning, so it may not be possible, at the moment, to have the same Nespresso experience that you are used to. Therefore, and thanking you for your understanding, we share with you all the adaptations made to Nespresso services, hoping to return to normal operation as soon as possible, in order to offer the experience and the excellent service that you are used to receive.
