What is required to enjoy the discount / what do I need to do?

Scan, or take a photo of the serial number sticker on the drip tray of the coffee machine and the original invoice. By clicking “Redeem voucher” on our website, submit the required data and upload the attachments. You will receive confirmation of the upload.

 

What is the deadline for registering my gift?

You can register your machine and receive your gift until 10th of June 2019, as defined under the conditions applicable to the promotion. By clicking “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” on the bottom of the page, you can find out about further details.

 

The website doesn’t accept the serial number, though it is certainly correct, what can I do?

I uploaded the documents 4 days ago and I haven’t received any confirmation, what should I do?

I have received notice that something is wrong with the uploaded documents, but it is not specified, so what do I need to do?

Please reupload your document(s) by clicking on the link sent to you by email. What is the maximum allowed size of the attachments?

 Individual attachments must not be larger than 2 MB.

 

My attachments are larger than 2 MB, I can’t compress them, what can I do?

You can use the following method for compressing photos. Click the closed image file using the right side of the mouse, and select edit. Then Windows Paint will open, where you should select Resize. Select the "Pixels" option, delete the values in the “Horizontal” box and replace these with 1000, then press OK. Save the photo using “Save as”.

 

I have received a voucher code, but I don’t know what to do with it?

The discount defined in the e-mail can be used from the next working day as follows:

 

Visit the www.nespresso.com website, or download the Nespresso mobile app to you smartphone/tablet. Log in using the activation e-mail received from Nespresso. Select the capsules you wish to order and put them in the basket. By submitting the voucher code on the "Basket" page, you’ll have your discount granted. You’ll receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

 

I have received my voucher code, but the system doesn’t accept it. What can I do?

The voucher is activated on the working day after you receive notice. If you continue to fail redeeming your voucher, please contact Nespresso by calling the freephone number: 80 90 96 00 during opening hours 8.00am - 10.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am - 6.00pm on weekends. Our colleagues will be happy to help you.

 

I have selected a coffee machine for precisely the value of the voucher in the web shop, but the system is responding with an error code, what is the problem?

The order submitted in the web shop must exceed the value of the voucher. If you do not wish to make a purchase exceeding the value of the voucher, please contact Nespresso by calling the freephone number: 80 90 96 00 during opening hours 8.00am - 10.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am - 6.00pm on weekends. I have selected capsules in the web shop for a smaller amount, because I don’t want to spend extra money, but I get an error code, when I try to redeem my voucher. What should I do?

The order submitted in the web shop must exceed the value of the voucher. If you wish to make a purchase below the value of the voucher, please contact Nespresso by calling the freephone number: 80 90 96 00 during opening hours 8.00am - 10.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am - 6.00pm on weekends. When I am uploading the documents, do I need to tick the prepacked product? What does prepacked product mean?

The “prepacked product” box should be ticked if you have purchased your coffee machine together with a separate Nespresso product (eg.: an Aeroccino) in the given location. UMilk, CitiZ&Milk and Prodigio&Milk coffee machines with integrated milk frothers do not qualify as prepacked product.

 

What do I need to do if I have purchased more than one coffee machine? Should I upload all documents together?

Naturally, you can upload all documents together with the same data, but you’ll only be able to redeem one voucher code in our web shop. In this case, please contact Nespresso by calling the freephone number: 80 90 96 00 during opening hours 8.00am - 10.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am - 6.00pm on weekends. Our colleagues will be happy to register your order and redeem your discount.

 

I have purchased several coffee machines and received a single voucher code, what do I need to do to redeem my discounts?

Can I use my voucher only for capsules, or for accessories as well?

I can’t find the store/website on the list where I have purchased my coffee machine? What should I do?

If I have already submitted my order in the store where I purchased my coffee machine, do I need to submit it again?

Naturally, you do not need to submit your order again. After accepting your voucher, the selected coffee capsules will be delivered to the address you have defined, and you’ll receive a confirmation by e-mail as well. In case you wish to take delivery of the order submitted where you have purchased a coffee machine at a delivery point, please contact us by calling our freephone number: 80 90 96 00 during opening hours 8.00am - 10.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am - 6.00pm on weekends.

 

Can I only have the coffee capsules I have ordered delivered to my home?

Naturally, not. There are more than 950 delivery points nationwide, where you can pick up your order. If you do not wish to be restrained in your movement, using a delivery point can be an ideal solution. This way, you’ll be able to pick up your Nespresso capsules in the supermarkets, fuel stations, automated parcel terminals, or post offices nearest to your home during business hours.
