Ingredients

355 ml | Ice Intenso Coffee Capsule
Zenius and Aeroccino 4 Milk Frother
Barista Shaker
2 cl | Sugar Syrup
5 cl | Watermelon Juice
3 cl | Lemon Juice

For Aegean Herb Foam

Aegean Herb (250 gr)
Water (500 ml)
10 cl | Lemon Juice
10 cl | Sugar Syrup
Preparation

  1. Brew one shot of Espresso.
  2. Add all the ingredients (except for Aegean herb) into the Barista Shaker with ice and stir.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the View Recipe Glass with ice.
  4. For Aegean Herb Foam; all ingredients are blended in a blender for 3 minutes and then strained. Then filter the foam into the cream siphon with a biding agent.
  5. Finally, place Aegean herb foam prepared in Aeroccino onto the mixture.
