Caffé Vanilio is composed of silky-textured South American Arabicas.
Roasting
This coffee is done using a base created specifically for our flavoured variations and it is roasted using the split roast technique, separating the coffees by country of origin. Both splits are light to medium roast, done in a short time to not overpower the added flavours, making for a very balanced, accessible roast.
Aromatic Profile
A delightful combination of the added vanilla flavour and the cereal and red fruit notes of the base coffee, which also displays sweet biscuit aromatics and a touch of nuts.
