This cocktail is a great twist on a classic gin it brims with delightful fruity notes of Grapefruit and Lime.

INGREDIENTS
  • Ice Cubes
  • 20 ml Gin
  • 80 ml Earl Grey tea
  • 15 ml Grapefruit syrup
  • Sliced Lime for muddling
  • Rosemary and Grapefruit wedge for garnish

DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour Grapefruit syrup and Gin in a shaker.
  2. Add Ice Cubes, sliced Lime then pour Earl Grey tea over it.
  3. Shake contents well and pour in glass.
  4. Garnish with Rosemary and Grapefruit wedge before serving.
