From the foothills
of the Himalayas comes one of
the world’s rarest arabica
beans. Carefully split-roasted
for a generously intense flavour,
with a supple velvety texture.
We choose to plant our coffee directly under the equator in the rich volcanic soil
of the Kenyan highlands. Known for its inter-tropical weather patterns,
this region allows for both a late harvest and an early harvest. We combine this
with our local craftsmen’s unique wet milling processes to ensure each bean’s
signature citric and blackcurrant taste profile, distinguishing them from the rest.
From an unlikely start, deep in the Himalayas, comes one of the world’s most
prized arabica beans. The hot daytime sun combined with the cool nights of Himalayan
altitude, allow for an unusual and extraordinary coffee growing process.
We work closely with devoted local craftsmen to cultivate the best beans, renowned
for their smooth mellow quality, at 1600 metres above sea level.

considered king for its brilliant
acidity and vibrant juicy fruits,
the result of a perfect terroir
matched with extraordinary
plant varieties. With this in mind,
we’ve cultivated and crafted only
the finest arabica beans to create
a cup as distinct in its flavour
as the rolling hills of
the highlands themselves.
