Michelin Guide Ceremony 2023

This year’s Michelin Guide Ceremony saw guests come together to celebrate the hard work and passion of Singapore’s culinary legends with bespoke coffee cocktails made with Exclusive Selection coffees - Galapagos & Nepal Lamjung. It was a night of gastronomy, specially curated to recognise their achievements!

Sweet & Savory Stacks. Alcoholic Pancakes with Nespresso Martini flights!

In collaboration with Nespresso Professional, our partner SO/ Singapore have launched the ultimate hangover cure, Flippin’ Sundays Boozey Pancake Brunch.


They don’t just serve pancakes, they serve insane stacks loaded with your choice of toppings. They make them sweet, they make them savoury, and they make them boozey. Try Singapore’s first alcoholic pancake stack called “Wake Up Call”. Aptly named, the signature stack is infused with coffee liqueur dalgona cream and served with a flight of 6 mini Nespresso Martinis.

    Nespresso Professional is delighted to be the official coffee partner of The MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2018 for the third consecutive year!

    Activities

    Together with Nespresso Professional, be the first in Singapore to celebrate with local chefs and restaurants as they receive the city’s Michelin stars.

    Themed “The Past Through Tomorrow”, the dinner will honour Singapore’s culinary stars of yesteryears, who helped shape the local food culture, while celebrating chefs who are elevating Singapore’s dining scene today. Spot us at the cocktail reception and indulge in unique alcoholic coffee creations featuring our Exclusive Selections coffees, only made available for Michelin-starred restaurants, Nepal Lamjung and Kilimanjaro Peaberry.

    You can also enjoy Kurobuta Pork infused with Kilimanjaro Peaberry coffee and the Red Bean Parfait dessert infused with Nepal Lamjung, created by our partners for the Gala Dinner.
