TGIC Mocktail

A touch of syrupy fizzy honey added to the robust taste of Intenso coffee for a refreshingly sweet cold brew.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Intenso capsule
  • 120ml Honey Carbonated Water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice (optional)
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
  1. Fill the Recipe glass half-full with ice, and add a lemon slice (optional).
  2. Add honey carbonated water into the glass.
  3. Place 2 ice cubes into the shaker, and extract 1 Intenso coffee (40ml, espresso size) over the ice. Swirl until coffee is no longer hot, before closing the shaker and shake well
  4. Gently pour the contents of the shaker into the glass. Try to retain the froth in the shaker.
  5. Pour the remaining froth in the shaker on top of the recipe.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves.
