A light, tangy and tropical concoction, created by combining an aromatic espresso with passionfruit and tonic water.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Leggero capsule
  • 150 ml of tonic water
  • 10 ml of passionfruit syrup
  • 90 g of ice
  • One slice of star fruit carambola (optional)
ACCESSORY
  • One Recipe glass
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fill the Recipe glass with ice, and add the tonic water and passionfruit syrup.
  2. Extract 1 Leggero coffee (40 ml, espresso size) on top of the preparation.
  3. Garnish with a slice of star fruit.
