INGREDIENTS
  • One Ristretto Intenso capsule
  • 50 ml of fresh orange juice
  • 10 ml of vanilla syrup
  • One drop of vanilla extract
  • 90 g of ice cubes
ACCESSORY
  • One Recipe Glass
  • One Cocktail Shaker
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fill the Recipe glass with 45 g of ice, and add fresh orange juice, vanilla syrup and vanilla extract.
  2. Place remaining ice into the shaker, and extract 1 Ristretto Intenso coffee (40 ml, Espresso size). Swirl until coffee is no longer hot, before closing the shaker and shake well.
  3. Gently pour the contents of the shaker into the Recipe glass (on top of the first mixture) using the back of a spoon. Try to retain the froth in the cocktail shaker.
  4. Pour the remaining froth in the shaker on top of the recipe.
