LUCKY DRAGON OVER THE CLOUDS

The milky base recipe aims to enhance the sweet and nutty cereal notes of Bianco Intenso.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 PL Bianco Intenso capsule 40ml
  • Red Dragon fruits 15g (can be replaced by strawberry)
  • Hot milk 150ml
  • Agave syrup 8ml
ACCESSORY
  • Vertuo Gran Lungo
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add 10g of chopped red dragon fruits and 5ml of agave syrup into Vertuo Gran Lungo.
  2. Put the cup under the Nespresso Aguila machine and put the Bianco Intenso into the machine.
  3. Select “Latte macchiato" recipe on the device and press the start button. (150ml of hot milk and milk foam and 40ml of Bianco Intenso). Tips: When red dragon fruits mix with the milk, you will get a cup of milk in a pink colour.
  4. Garnish with some chopped red dragon fruits and some agave syrup in a dragon curve on the milk foam
