ICED HONEY LYCHEE COOLER

A fresh and fruity creation to start your summertime.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Leggero capsules
  • 5 ml of honey, plus more for garnish
  • 10 ml of lychee syrup
  • 100 ml of cold milk
  • 90 g of ice
ACCESSORY
  • One Recipe glass
  • One cocktail shaker
DIRECTIONS
  1. Extract 2 Leggero coffee(40 ml, espresso size) into the shaker, add honey and stir to dissolve.
  2. Add lychee syrup, cold milk and half office. Swirl until coffee is no longer hot, before closing the shaker and shake well.
  3. Add remaining ice into the Recipe glass and pour the contents of shaker into the Recipe glass.
  4. Garnish with a drizzle of honey.
