CREAMY ICED COCONUT LATTE MACCHIATO

Taka a break with a taste of the tropics with this creamy confection. Sweet coconut flavours blend with smooth coffee to deliver an indulgently full-bodied recipe.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Ristretto capsules
  • 4 g of raw sugar
  • 10 ml of coconut syrup
  • 180 ml of cold frothed milk
  • 90 g of ice
ACCESSORY
  • 1 Recipe glass
  • 1 separate glass
DIRECTIONS
  1. Extract 2 Ristretto coffee (40 ml, espresso size) into the separate glass and add raw sugar
  2. Stir to combine and add coconut syrup.
  3. In the Recipe glass, add ice and cold frothed milk.
  4. Pour contents from the separate glass into the Recipe glass, and garnish with raw sugar.
