INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Coconut water
- 10 ml Pandan syrup
- 5 g Palm sugar
- Ice cubes
- Pandan leaves, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
- Place Pandan syrup and ice cubes in glass.
- Pour coconut water over ice.
- Extract coffee (40ml Espresso size) in a shaker, together with sugar and ice.
- Shake contents well and garnish with Pandan leaves before serving
