The order will be sent by courier, within 1-2 working days from the moment of its processing, according to the date of your subscription.

You can check the order status by the AWB number of the order. If your order does not have an AWB number, please contact Nespresso specialists on 0800 008 500 (free call from any national network).

The invoice is sent by email as an attachment after the order confirmation email. It can also be downloaded from the site if you are logged into your online account, from the Order History section.
