  • What delivery services do I have available?

     We have different delivery services and offices by Estafeta and 99 Minutos depending on the coverage and schedules in which you place your order.

    STANDARD DELIVERY

    Place your order in eBoutique and receive it in 2 to 5 business days. Apply for orders made from Monday to Friday and confirmed by email before 17:00 hrs. Delivery time from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Offices from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

    ATTENTION: Deliveries subject to coverage by zip code or Occur Forced. Click here to check your fequency of delivery.

    SAME DELIVERY

    Place your order in eBoutique and receive it the same day. Apply for orders made from monday to saturday and confirmed by email before 12:30 hrs. ATTENTION: This service is available for specific areas of Mexico City and surrounding areas: Tecamachalco, Miguel Hidalgo, Cuauhtémoc, Alvaro Obregón, Cuajimalpa, Azcapotzalco, Benito Juárez, Magdalena Contreras, Tlalpan, Coyoacán, Gustavo A. Madero, Huixquilucan, Naucalpan, Tlalneplantla and Atizapán. Delivery time from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

  • I have not received my order. What should I do ?

    If you have been waiting longer than the agreed delivery time period, please  contact the Nespresso Club on freephone 01 800 999 7575, and our Coffee Specialists will re-arrange the delivery.
  • I have just placed an order and need to change the delivery address.

    Please contact the Nespresso Club immediately on freephone 01 800 999 7575 and we will arrange delivery to your alternative address. Please note that this may cause a delay to the delivery of your order.
  • Can I arrange for an order to be sent overseas ?

    Nespresso México is unable to offer delivery to an address outside of Mexico. We recommend that you contact the country's local Nespresso Club to register and place an order.

  • What do I do if I have missed my delivery ?

    Please contact the Nespresso Club on freephone 01 800 999 7575 and we will arrange a second delivery for the next working day. Please note, if you have somewhere safe on your property that the parcel can be left safely, or with a neighbour, we can make a note of this on your account to avoid delivery delays in the future. Please note that packages are left at your own risk.

  • I will not be home at the time of delivery, what do I do ?

    If you have somewhere safe on your property that the order can be left safely, or with a neighbour, we can arrange for the delivery company to leave your parcel as instructed. Alternatively, if you wish to have your order delivered to a work address, this can also be arranged. Please note, Express Deliveries require a signature and packages are left at your own risk.
