  • I have not received my order. What should I do ?

    Please contact Nespresso Club (24 hours, 365 days, toll-free) if the delivery period passed and your product was not delivered. The Nespresso Coffee Specialist will reschedule the delivery of your product. 

  • What should I do if the delivery address must be changed after placing an order?

    Please call the Nespresso Club at 080-734-1111 (24 hours, 365 days, toll-free) immediately to change the delivery address. Please notice that a little delay on the delivery may be experienced. 

  • Is overseas shipping possible?

    Products purchased at the Nespresso Korea cannot be shipped overseas. Please subscribe as a member at your local Nespresso Club and place your order. 

  • What do I do if I have missed my delivery ?

    If you call Nespresso Club at 080-734-1111 (24 hours, 365 days, toll-free) a second delivery date will be rescheduled on the following day (based on a business day). 

  • I will not be home at the time of delivery, what do I do ?

    Please inform us of a safe place where the product can be stored or write a message asking for a neighbor to receive it, or contact Nespresso Club at 080-743-111 (24 hours, 365 days, toll-free) and inform us of a place to leave your product. We will ensure the delivery company is given instructions to a safe delivery.
