No, the date you choose when you sign up for the Easy Order service is the date your purchase is processed. You will receive your order within the usual delivery times, 2 working days.

How do I create, modify or cancel my Easy Order?

Customers with a sale or rental contract: You will find all the information corresponding to your order in the "My account / Easy Order" section. Here you can modify the order, add or remove coffee, change the delivery date or cancel it. You can make any changes until 11:59 p.m. on the day before the scheduled date. Customers with an Operating contract: You can extend the order and modify the shipping date but not the frequency or periodicity of the same. For any other management, get in touch so that we can manage everything related to your scheduled order. What is the minimum capsule quantity for Easy Order?

The minimum quantity of capsules for Easy Orders is the same as for any regular order, 50 capsules. Free shipping applies the same amount of capsules as all website orders.

How will I know that my order is going to be shipped?

Three days before the scheduled date you will receive a reminder email of your next order. If you want to change** the delivery date or add or remove products, you can do it in your online account in "My account / Easy Order" section. You can make any changes until 23:59 hours of the day before your scheduled dater. **Changes subject to type of contract.

Nespresso Your Time and the Pickup Points are not available for the Easy Order service. It is recommended to choose the most recurrent address for a periodic order.

What is it the delivery time for my Easy Order?

Delivery times are the same as standard shipments, 2 business days.

I don't see machines and some Nespresso Professional accessories. How can I include them in the order?

Accepted Answer

Coffees cups, sugars and some Nespresso Professional accessories are available in the Easy Order service. We recommend you to place specific orders for the purchase of machines, accessories, sweets and cookies that are not available in scheduled order.

What happens if a product in my Easy Order is out of stock?

You will receive the rest of your order as long as it exceeds 50 capsules and you will only pay for the products you have received. In addition, we will send you an email of the shipment and the products that could not be included. Remember that you can always update the Easy Order for the next shipments.

All Nespresso Professional customers can benefit from the promotions if they meet the promotion requirements. Please note that items that are available for a limited time cannot be purchased through the Easy Order service.
