Nespresso with Cereals

Preparation

  • Put 20 ml of chocolate with hazelnuts in the bottom of a Recipe Glass.
  • Insert the coffee capsule selected in the head of your machine and prepare the coffee in a Recipe Glass. We recommend Espresso Forte.
  • Prepare hot milk froth using the Aguila machine or adding cold milk into the Aeroccino and pressing the button to emulsify and get the mousse. Add the hot mousse into the recipe glass.
  • Add whole grains mixed with dehydrated red fruits.

Chai Latte

Preparation

  • Put 20 ml of Chai Tea syrup in the bottom of a cup.
  • Insert the coffee capsule selected in the head of your machine and prepare the coffee. We recommend the following Nespresso Coffee: Ristretto Intenso or Ristretto Origin India.
  • Prepare hot milk froth using the Aguila machine or adding cold milk into the Aeroccino and pressing the button to emulsify and get the mousse. Add the hot mousse into the recipe glass.
  • Decorate it with a cinnamon stick.

Caramel Framboise

Preparation time: 5 min

Preparation

  • Add 20 ml of caramel syrup into the bottom of the glass.
  • Add cold milk into the Aeroccino and press the button to froth the milk and obtain cold foam.
  • Prepare the selected Nespresso coffee and add it into the recipe glass. Add the milk froth to the glass.

    If you have the Aguila machine, insert a Lungo Forte capsule into the machine, prepare the coffee (110 ml) and press the cold foamed milk button.
  • Sprinkle chocolate powder over the coffee.
  • Set a few decorative raspberries on top of the foam.

  • Press the button to emulsify the milk and get cold mousse.
  • Put 100 ml of crushed ice in a Recipe Glass.
  • Insert the coffee capsule selected in the head of your machine and prepare the coffee in a Recipe Glass with ice. We recommend the following Nespresso Coffee: Ristretto Origin India (full bodied), Espresso Decaffeinato (decaffeinated).
  • Add cold mousse in the Recipe Glass.

Mojito

Preparation time: 3 min
Preparation difficulty: Easy

Preparation

  • First, make 25ml of Ristretto Origin India (about half an espresso cup). You only use ¼ of it (6ml).
  • Gently crush 6-8 mint leaves in a medium-sized glass.
  • Add these ingredients and mix them well with a cocktail spoon:

    • 6 ml of Ristretto Origin India
    • 8 ml of Monin Mojito syrup
    • 20 ml of coffee liqueur
    • 20 ml of fresh squeezed lime juice
    • 20 ml of Seven Tiki rum
    • 40 ml of Bacardi Carta Blanca rum
  • Add ice to fill the glass.
  • Stir the cocktail again with the spoon so it is nice and cold.
  • To finish, add a few coffee beans and a sprig of mint.
