Dry processed Arabicas from Brazil are known to be mild. It makes a solid base onto which we add Colombian Arabica for its lively acidity. A dry Robusta brings body - that velvety texture - and slightly vegetal notes. Though its predominantly a blend of mild coffees, that Robusta gives this Nespresso Professional capsule its secret depths.
We light roast the Arabica and Robusta coffees in Espresso Leggero. It keeps the Colombian coffee’s acidity alive and it gives the others those gentle toasted cereal and cocoa notes. All in balance.
Espresso Leggero is velvety on the tongue, and full of smooth cocoa and cereal notes. That hint of acidity in this Nespresso espresso is balanced out by bitterness in the coffee blend.
