Let's make it

Step 01
In a glass put 3 Nespresso ice cubes and add 5ml of Monin Cherry syrup.
Step 02
Pour 60ml of Sparkling Water.
Step 03
In a Barista device, extract 40ml of Amaretti Decaffeinato. Add 1 ice cube, close the lid, choose the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button. / If using a shaker, pour the espresso shot into the shaker. Add one ice cube, seal your shaker tightly and shake vigorously to mix all the ingredients.
Step 04
Gently pour the Iced Nitro coffee into the glass over the mixture.
Step 05
Add 3 Amarena cherries on stick on top.
