Let's make it
- Step 01
- In a Nespresso Small Mixology glass, add half of a fresh, untreated lime (30g) cut into 6 pieces, and add 10ml of honey.
- Step 02
- Muddle it. Put 4 Ice cubes.
- Step 03
- Pour 60ml of Ginger beer. Stir gently while lifting the lime pieces to mix them in.
- Step 04
- In a Nespresso shaker, extract 40ml of Ristretto coffee and add 2 ice cubes, close the lid, shake vigorously.
- Step 05
- Gently pour the iced coffee into the glass over the mixture. Garnish with a fresh sprig of untreated mint.
