Let's make it

Step 01
In a Nespresso Small Mixology glass, add half of a fresh, untreated lime (30g) cut into 6 pieces, and add 10ml of honey.
Step 02
Muddle it. Put 4 Ice cubes.
Step 03
Pour 60ml of Ginger beer. Stir gently while lifting the lime pieces to mix them in.
Step 04
In a Nespresso shaker, extract 40ml of Ristretto coffee and add 2 ice cubes, close the lid, shake vigorously.
Step 05
Gently pour the iced coffee into the glass over the mixture. Garnish with a fresh sprig of untreated mint.
