Let's make it
- Step 01
- For the homemade whipped cream: add 250ml of cold cream into a whipping siphon, attach 1 cream whipper charger cartridge, and shake vigorously.
- Step 02
- Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to your View Cappuccino Glass.
- Step 03
- Extract 1 espresso (40ml) of Ice Intenso over it.
- Step 04
- Dispense the whipped cream on top.
- Step 05
- Optional: garnish with a pecan nut and a drizzle of maple syrup.
