Let's make it
- Step 01
- Drizzle 2g of honey into the bottom of a View Cappuccino cup.
- Step 02
- Pour 120 ml of 1.5% fat milk into an Aeroccino 4. Press the Cappuccino button to start frothing the milk. (for the Momento & Milk Machine or Aguila, select the “Cappuccino” recipe).
- Step 03
- Extract 40ml of Volluto onto the honey and top with the frothed milk.
- Step 04
- Crush a piece of Nespresso Lemon Shortbread and sprinkle it on top of the milk foam.
- Step 05
- Optional: For added flair, add some edible gold leaf
