You can visit us at Boutique Louise in Brussels or in Antwerp with your favorite accessory*, or buy one in our Boutique and ask one of our coffee specialists to personalize it. You can write up to 22 letters, depending on the accessory. And best of all, it's completely free!

The engraving service is exclusively offered at Nespresso Boutique Louise and in Antwerp. This service is offered to all customers who have purchased an accessory from any of our Boutiques, our official Nespresso Professional website, or through our customer service channel. The current accessories categories that can be engraved are the Vertuo Collection, the Travel mug S and the Pixie cups. Prior to engraving an accessory, payment of the accessory in question must be completed. Engravings can be made on used accessories, provided they are in pristine condition without any damage. Please note that once an accessory has been engraved, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
